Plastics Knowledge Day 2019

Infinite topics of conversation

GOM values knowledge transfer. Every year, a series of events takes place around a specific topic to discuss its trends and innovations. This is also the case in 2019: on January 29, the global event series was launched.

Around 150 key players from the plastics industry gathered at GOM headquarters in Braunschweig for the launch. At the event, they explored the use of optical 3D measurement technology along the process chain covering everything from the analysis of material characteristics and toolmaking, to production optimization and the inspection of parts.

More than 60 events in over 30 countries
This international series of events takes place in more than 30 countries over the next few months. With the support of renowned customers, GOM demonstrates how precise industrial 3D measurement technology in plastics technology helps to ensure quality, shorten development times and identify optimization potential.

Plastics Knowledge Day 2019 is an interesting meeting point for getting to know new technologies, making contacts, and gaining insight into the plastics sector.
